This page explains the intended use of information submitted through the Montague website and the limits of information published here.
This pre-publication notice must be completed with the real website operator’s name, appropriate business contact and correspondence details, privacy contact, service-provider information and retention terms before the website accepts enquiries.
Website privacy information
We only need information relevant to assessing and responding to a commercial enquiry.
Information collected
When the contact form is activated, it may collect your name, business email, company, business website, job title, country, commodity requirements, transaction parameters and the text you submit voluntarily. Do not submit sensitive identity, payment or banking data through the public form.
Intended purpose
Information is intended for reviewing a prospective buyer, supplier or partner enquiry and responding to the person who contacted us. A completed legal privacy notice should describe the actual lawful basis, retention period, disclosure recipients and international transfers if applicable.
Service providers
The commercial enquiry form uses Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. When submitted, enquiry details are transmitted to Formspree and made available to the website operator through notifications and a protected dashboard. The operator must confirm the provider arrangement, the applicable data-protection terms, access permissions and any international transfers before activating collection.
Your choices
Commercial enquiries are not a subscription to marketing communications. Contact details and data-rights procedures need to be supplied by the verified website operator before launch.
Commercial notice
Montague International Group describes independent intermediation and possible market coverage. Site content does not constitute a binding offer to buy or sell, a guarantee of supply, confirmation of a completed transaction, financial advice or a claim of authorisation by a financial regulator. The relevant principals are responsible for their contracts, payments, compliance, quality verification and settlement arrangements.
Before publishing: confirm the website operator’s legal name, trading-name disclosures, business correspondence address, contact email, privacy controller details, service providers, retention schedule, and data-rights contact. A company registration number is not required if no company exists.
Montague International Group is a trading name in preparation for launch; the website does not claim to be an incorporated company.
